"In which regions can I track my assets with b.Alert Connect?"
Answer: b.Alert Connect uses mobile phone networks and can work worldwide with the default price covering only Europe. If used outside Europe, there is an additional fee.
"How can b.Alert deliver so much for such a low cost?"
Answer: The solutions have all been developed to minimise data communication and hence minimise costs. Also, we do not use expensive licensed software and maps.
"How secure is the data?"
Answer: All servers are secure and b.Alert's communications via both the web and API is encrypted.
